Hi guys! Those of you who weren’t able to attend tonight’s coaching on zoom we missed you!

Write the 3 top things that you contribute to your team on a sticky note or piece of paper you can see everyday.

Takeaway from tonight’s session:

“Mental toughness is about your habits, not your motivation. Motivation is fickle. Willpower comes and goes. Mental toughness isn’t about getting an incredible dose of inspiration or courage. It’s about building the daily habits that allow you to stick to a schedule and overcome challenges and distraction over and over again.”
